Dedicate Japanese Sword
刀を奉納する
For the historical figures
We will forge Japanese Sword (wakizashi)
in Iwayadera Temple. Led by Yuya Nakanishi,
the only actively-forgeing swordsmith in Kyoto Pref.,
we will forge a new Japanese Sword
to devote to Ohishi Kuranosuke.
Succeeding traditional way,
the smith has forged swords for the modern time.
This time we make a new history together.

Dialog with steel and fire.
Stretch steel, fold it and stretch again. To purify traditional steel called Tamahagane, the smith repeats this process more than ten times. The process is called Tamahagane, followed by Hizukuri, Yakinamashi, Tsuchitori, and Yakiire processes to have a completed sword.
Masterpiece made with the mind of Japanese samurai and their beautiness
Why don't we get fascinated by reasonably-designed process of sword forging and get excited by the fact that we are making the new page in the history of Iwayadera Temple, where Ohishi Kuranosuke spent his time.

Own the Trip - Journey to Create
NFT TICKET
The purpose of the “Journey to Create” is to experience the history and culture of the region and to create the future of the region we visit, as the part of the journey. By participating in the production that leads to the enhancement of the attractiveness of the visited place, we aim to help pass on the charm of the visited place and convey it to visitors. Until now, the word “journey” has been thought of as “something to enjoy while traveling”, but we hope that those who participate in this project will continue to be involved in this “journey” for a longer period of time.
With that in mind, apart from the purchase method in JPY, we also offer a plan that actually lets you keep the trip in the form of NFT. You can purchase a “participation ticket for the trip,” which allows you to participate in the trip (this project) and keep the connection between you and the place. The ticket is available at Open Sea on the NFT market.
Since the purchase method at OpenSea is different from the purchase with JPY, detailed explanation is available on another page.
If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail. We will get you back and explain. What you can buy at Open Sea is a "participation ticket" for the trip, which expresses your right to participate in each project and represents your connection with the places you visit. If there are other people who wish to buy and sell the ticket, it is possible, but we do not own cryptocurrency itself. The price for purchasing the ticket for "Journey to Create" from the project is stipulated in cryptocurrency, so the price in JPY will vary depending on the market price on the day of purchase. Please check the descriptions on our page on OpenSea carefully before your purchase.
